Shantelle James

Shantelle graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2025.

Prior to starting at SMK in 2026, Shantelle began her career in plaintiff personal injury in 2021, where she developed her skills in building client relationships and managing files. Since March 2025, she has worked in insurance litigation and has begun to handle a range of matters including advice writing and negotiating settlements. She is focused on continuing to expand her practice and achieve efficient, effective outcomes for clients.
