Justin Heng

Justin graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. He was admitted to practice in 2019 and is also on the Register of Practitioners in the High Court of Australia. 

 

Prior to joining SMK Lawyers, Justin was a Judges Associate to the Honourable Justice Wood of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. He was also previously employed in an insurance defence firm, representing major insurers.

 

Justin enjoys working collaboratively with others. His approachable demeanour and clear communication style ensures that clients receive straightforward and easy-to-understand advice. His legal expertise and client-centric approach merge seamlessly to achieve successful outcomes in every matter.  

 

Justin is a member of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and was its Tasmanian Branch President prior to his move to New South Wales.
