Daniel has more than 9 years of experience in personal injury litigation acting for both the workers and employers since 2015.

Daniel has appeared in the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court, as well as the Workers Compensation Commission. He has conducted litigation at both trial and appellant level and has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures including conciliations, mediations, arbitrations and informal settlement conferences.

Daniel acts for insurers, Agencies, employers as preferred provider in recognition of his expert legal knowledge and negotiation skills.

Daniel is a trusted advisor to his clients, providing guidance on highly sensitive claims demonstrating his discretion and common sense. His approach to client and matter management is holistic, encompassing his clients’ broader legal risk profile, and focusing on strategies to minimise exposure and cost.
