Daniel has more than 9 years of experience in personal injury litigation acting for both the workers and employers since 2015.
Daniel has appeared in the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court, as well as the Workers Compensation Commission. He has conducted litigation at both trial and appellant level and has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures including conciliations, mediations, arbitrations and informal settlement conferences.
