Raj Muralidaran

Prior to starting at SMK Lawyers in April 2026, Raj worked in insurance litigation for a number of years, including in hire car recovery claims, defendant personal injury and general insurance. He graduated from Macquarie University in 2021 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2022. Throughout his legal career, Raj has developed strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills, together with a practical and client-focused approach to litigation.

At SMK, Raj now manages his own defendant personal injury practice across a range of claims, overseeing files form inception through to resolution. He has gained experience working collaboratively with clients and colleagues which now assists him in achieving efficient and commercially minded outcomes while providing strategic, tailored advice.
